The Epsilon team recently shipped a two-section modular fire pumping system for a client in the Midwest. Central to the system are two (2) 325-HP Clark diesel-powered fire pumps by Peerless. The package includes Epsilon’s HVAC controls, all piping, valves, and electrical distribution for a single-point connection. The enclosure shipped complete with fire alarm infrastructure and access control/security systems.
The client chose the Off-Site Construction (OSC) method over a traditional field-build approach to meet an aggressive schedule while also minimizing any downtime for the cut-over from the existing (to be replaced) fire pumps. They utilized Epsilon’s Field Operations team to oversee the entire process, from design through field installation.
