Better

The engineering team at Epsilon does one thing: design complex centralized mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems that are optimized for prefabrication and modularization. Engaging our team on your next M/E utility challenge provides better results:

  • Our twenty-plus years of experience ensures the system layout is optimized to balance long-term operations and maintenance with efficient space utilization
  • Fully structural modules enable supporting heavy internal loads from the top, rather than posting support from the floor; this opens the space for access and operations
  • With design and manufacturing happening under one roof, any potential for clashes and rework is minimized: reducing construction waste and improving quality, while eliminating change orders to ensure cost certainty
  • Built to ship means built to last; robust systems designed to withstand the forces inherent to shipping translates into longevity that exceeds traditional field-built construction

Faster

Prefabrication and modularization occur in parallel with fieldwork, removing tens of thousands of hours of labor from the job site. This allows the project team to compress the overall project schedule if the modular system is in the critical path; or, to delay the start of the modular system to enable finalization of loads and other work impacting the system design.

Once the modular systems arrive onsite, installation is completed in weeks, rather than months or years. This enables rapid utilization of the critical systems while reducing insurance costs and safety incident risk.

Easier

Engaging Epsilon on your next complex project is like hiring the services of a specialty Construction Manager or “Super Subcontractor.” We handle the myriad of details involved in the design and construction of the most complex and critical component in your project. This eliminates the disconnects inherent to the traditional process, aligning design and construction of all related trades – particularly mechanical, electrical, automation, and structural.

Pick a modular partner to minimize your project management risk and time. Our twenty-plus years of experience makes Epsilon the ideal choice when exploring if and how modular construction should be considered. Give us the basic project framework and our team can help validate feasibility, cost and schedule.

Why Epsilon?

Epsilon Industries designs and manufactures highly customized packaged mechanical and electrical systems.   Whether it’s a custom turnkey heating and cooling solution installed on a hospital rooftop, or a standard spec doorway-friendly skid-mounted replacement pump system, our unique approach to factory built mechanical and electrical systems sets the industry benchmark for design, quality, reliability and efficiency.

Off-Site Construction

Every Epsilon Off-Site Construction system is customized to our customer’s design requirements and site-specific challenges.  And best in class manufacturing methodologies ensure that our customers truly realize the cost savings of employing a factory built central plant.

The entire plant is inspected, bench tested and validated at the factory before being shipped to site, ensuring smooth startup and expedited commissioning time frames.  Our on-site services range from installation supervision and startup assistance to complete turnkey installation and commissioning. Click here for more information on Epsilon’s turnkey installation services.
