Epsilon is a leader in the Off-Site Construction (OSC) industry, delivering mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular, pre-fabricated form, optimized for a streamlined on-site completion by us or others.
We serve a full range of markets, from standard commercial offerings to extremely complex custom-designed systems, and across a broad spectrum of customer industries: commercial, institutional and industrial.
Epsilon has been designing and manufacturing complex mechanical and electrical systems in a modular, packaged format for more than 25 years. In that time, we’ve grown from traditional welding and assembly processes to today’s state-of-the-art fabrication equipment and best-in-class manufacturing methodologies, utilizing over 300,000 sq. ft. of production space across multiple facilities in Canada and the United States. Additionally, Epsilon offers full-service on-site installation providing a seamless, turnkey experience.

- Epsilon regularly incorporates custom air handling units (AHUs) into our systems – from relatively simple piping corridors to the full integration of custom AHUs into our central plants and skidded systems
Controls
- Systems provided with Epsilon’s PLC-based controls or a 3rd party provider; Epsilon is well-versed in collaborating with the major controls providers, enabling a team approach to factory pre-installation and pre-commissioning prior to shipment
Over the past several years we have responded to requests to use our same quality standards and approach to create smaller, modular units that can be quickly deployed and available at favorable price points. These modular, skid-mounted units are available as CHT Packaged Systems.
