Congratulations to General Motors for winning the “Best of the Better” award, recognizing their utilization of Off-Site Construction (OSC) in the development of innovative approaches to industrial utility systems. GM’s Energy Sustainment team was recognized at the recent DOE Better Buildings Summit on July 10, 2019 in Arlington, Virginia.
Epsilon partnered with the GM team to build several large modular chilled-water plants serving multiple GM facilities, ranging from 4,500 to 7,500-tons, which were the focus of this award.
The Better Practice and Better Project Awards were created to recognize outstanding accomplishments in implementing and promoting industrial energy efficiency projects and programs.
