One growing segment of the modular construction business is the “Super Skid” – a dozen or more modular skids that are designed to fit into a traditional field-built structure. Once installed, they become a single contiguous mechanical room, complete with all equipment and ancillary systems. Pictured here is a small portion of one “Super Skid” that Epsilon is currently fabricating for a corporate client in the Northeast U.S. This system will integrate chilled-water, hot-water, and custom air-handling units into one virtually seamless package.
