Challenge:

An 18-story office building with more than 1.12 million square feet needed a full mechanical system renovation, with minimal disruption to tenants and adjacent properties.

Solution:

Integration partner HTS New York engaged Epsilon based on our past successes delivering modular central plant solutions. Together, the HTS and Epsilon teams designed a new condenser water system for the existing building, complete with pumps, heat exchangers, cooling tower mezzanines and the related support structures.

Epsilon manufactured the systems off-site in our Ontario facilities in a parallel path to the on-site construction activities. This allowed for a compressed on-site timeline, along with minimal disruption to the site. After manufacturing was completed by Epsilon, the team coordinated delivery to the job site and oversaw the installation and commissioning.
