From Factory Floor to Restaurant Roof
Epsilon recently completed installing a new 4-MW modular power plant at the Bank of Montreal trading floor in downtown Toronto financial district. The project included fitting modules to integrate the structural, architectural and electrical/mechanical systems.
The two-story generator package, scheduled to be on-line in 2021, includes diesel powered generators, switchgear, UPS systems and battery backup systems – along with substantial sound-attenuation and emissions control. The design also includes an innovative exoskeleton system to support a glass façade to match the adjacent building.
