Challenge:
Renovations at a Texas elementary school did not allow room inside the building for new boilers and chilled water pumps.
Solution:
Epsilon designed and fabricated a standalone modular hot water boiler and chilled water distribution pump package with two 2,000 MBH hot water boilers and pumps and chilled water pumps mated to air-cooled chillers. The modular units were fabricated off-site and completed in parallel to demolition and reconstruction at the school, to prepare for an August re-opening.
