It’s always fun taking future customers to see existing Epsilon installations. For many, it’s the first time they’ve seen modular prefabricated utility systems in person – and the take-aways are always valuable. Seeing a fully assembled and operational modular system in person is the best way to dispel myths of crowded inoperable conditions, while highlighting the many advantages of this approach – both during and after the construction phase.

This week the Epsilon team and potential clients toured an operating “super skid” installation in Boston: 1,200 tons of chilled-water and 25 MMBTUH of hot-water, across 22 individual skids that bolted together seamlessly in the field with all the piping, conduit and ancillary equipment.  Also integrated were electrical enclosures and custom air handling units.

If you’re interested in exploring if a “super skid” approach to your next mechanical room makes sense, reach out to the Epsilon team.
