The Epsilon Approach: Vendor Agnosticity

By September 20, 2022January 10th, 2023No Comments

This is the first in a series of articles that will provide a bit more insight into the Epsilon approach and why we do what we do:  the design, fabrication, assembly and installation of Off Site Constructed central utility systems. With more than 20 years of proven experience designing and manufacturing these central utility systems, we’ve developed a core approach that we believe delivers the best results for the Owner along with the entire project team.

In this edition we address vendor agnosticity. Future topics will address in-house engineering and fabrication, turnkey installation, and the Epsilon culture and employee retention. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to have our topics delivered to your inbox.

We are Vendor Agnostic

There are lots of great reasons why certain equipment might be utilized on any given project:  Owner preference, lead times, first cost, life cycle cost, size, weight…  the list goes on.  And given all that, it’s more important than ever that project teams be flexible when selecting the right equipment for the project.

At Epsilon, we are vendor agnostic.  That means we will work with the project team’s preferred vendors and suppliers during the design and manufacturing process – while simultaneously providing options for alternatives that might otherwise not have been considered.  Our two-plus decades of experience in complex utility systems mean we have extensive hands-on knowledge with the leading equipment options.  Our team can design and build systems that capitalize on the inherent benefits of each particular product.

The result: a system that the Owner and project team have confidence in, not just from a performance standpoint, but in consideration of future support and ongoing maintenance for facilities departments and on-site building engineers for years to come.

This vendor agnosticity is just one element of the overall Epsilon approach to Off Site Construction that provides value beyond the tangible end-product of structural framing, piping and conduit.  Contact us today to learn more about the Epsilon approach and to discuss how our experience and expertise can be applied to your next project.
